Entrena-T demo open to the first 100 people
Over the past few months, I’ve been deeply focused on one question: how can generative AI operate reliably and predictably in fields where ‘sounding good’ isn’t enough—sectors like industrial production, commerce, human interaction, and healthcare?
My answer is Avance: a platform where AI converses, but the process is governed by a predefined state machine. Every step, transition, and evaluation is explicit, traceable, and repeatable. The AI provides the language; the structure provides the reliability.
Today, I’m sharing the first concrete result, developed alongside Iván Tinoco Calero, a mental health nurse: Entrena-T, an app for training motivational interviewing with AI-simulated patients.
- 7 short units, designed for mobile
- Practice with simulated patients and a final 24-turn consultation with a report
- Signals based on motivational interviewing criteria, updated with each interaction
- The same case for the entire group and evidence from each conversation
It addresses a real need: without continuous practice and feedback, skills fade, and expert time to provide it is scarce. It doesn’t replace the teacher or clinical supervision—it complements them.
I’m opening access to the first 100 people who want to try it!
I welcome your comments, critiques, and suggestions. If you work in healthcare training or in processes where AI must be reliable, I’m especially interested in your perspective.
